Important Notice Regarding Canada Post Service Disruption

A Canada Post service disruption is possible on November 15, 2024, which may delay mail delivery for Agilis Networks customers. It’s important to stay on top of bill payments. Avoid issues accessing your bill by signing up for paperless billing today!

We’re reminding customers that it’s important to stay on top of your bill payments, ensuring bills are paid by the due date.

Several options are available for accessing bills and making payments:

  • MyAccount E-Bill Portal (paperless billing) When signed up for paperless billing, an email notification will be sent whenever a new bill is generated. It’s free and simple. Click here to access the portal. Existing paperless billing customers will continue to receive E-Bills. You can pay and view bills, payment history, and add multiple accounts to your web profile.
  • Bill Payment Options Payments can be made via telephone or online banking, EFT, Pre-Authorized Payments (Direct Debit), or at your banking institution. We also offer credit card payment options via telephone, through our online portals or by setting up recurring credit card payments.

Agilis Networks offers a secure, convenient and user-friendly online payment system for our customers. Register for MyAccount to set up recurring payments on your Visa or MasterCard, view payment history and make quick one-time payments using the “Pay Now” feature.

Agilis Networks E-Bill FAQ

Are you currently registered for Pre-Authorized withdrawals and would like to switch to Credit Card Payments?

If you sign-up for recurring credit card payments and are currently registered on a Pre-Authorized Payment Plan to debit your bank account, you will need to contact our office and cancel that payment withdrawal. Failure to cancel your Pre-Authorized Payment Plan will result in double payment.

Pay by standard payment methods

We’re pleased to offer all standard methods of bill payment to serve you in the most convenient way possible including:

  • Telephone or Internet banking
  • Cheque (include Account Number)
  • Pre-Authorized Direct Debit from chequing account
  • At your bank (must have bank card)

Pay by Pre-Authorized Payment Plan

Register for our Direct Debit Pre-Authorized payment plan to have your payments automatically withdrawn from a chequing account on the due date of the bill.
